Study in France promotion event at Katafuchi campus festival “KEIZAI-SAI”

Since the Faculty of Economics was selected for the “Go Global Japan Project” launched by Ministry of Education MEXT in 2012, which aimed to help overcome a tendency among Japan’s younger generations to be "inward looking" and to foster people with wide global perspectives, we have been working on the development of global human resources.
As part of this initiative, we also strive to disseminate information and contribute to our local community. To do so, we are carrying out various public events such as 'Seminars to discuss about “Global Social Responsibility”', 'English Cafe' etc.
Also, we have promoted our students’ studying abroad and have concluded many academic exchange agreements with overseas universities. France is one of the most popular destinations to study and recently we have been sending students every year.
This year, the official institution of the French government to promote study abroad in French, called “Campus France” and “Institute Francais Kyushu”, will come our faculty for the promotion of study abroad. This event will be held at our campus festival “KEIZAI-SAI”, Saturday 21st October. In the event, one of our students, who has experienced studying abroad, will also give a presentation about his experience.
We look forward to the participation of everyone! For details, please check the attached flyer.
