The 5th Nagasaki University International Staff Week was opened.

Nagasaki University was chosen to be part of the EU Scholarship called “Erasmus+” which supports to exchange students and staff with our partner universities in Portugal, Poland and Italy.
Through this program, Nagasaki University held its 5th Nagasaki University International Staff Week held from July 22nd to 26th 2019. For this staff week, one administrative staff member from the University of Trento (Italy) attended. The participant took part in training sessions ranging from an overview of Nagasaki University to discussions on becoming aware of the socio-cultural and economical issues involved with student exchanges. The participant and our staff also enjoyed discussing the internationalization of both universities. In addition, the participant visited places of historical importance and cultural interest in and around Nagasaki city. Finally, participant commented on the usefulness of this event to help build awareness of the potential that is offered between Nagasaki University and the University of Trento.
