Professor Susai, Faculty of Economics, Nagasaki University gave a lecture at the University St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, the Republic of North Macedonia under a program of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on 14th September 2019. At the lecture, the participants learned about how Japan is managing to improve the competitiveness of the country.
Under “the Western Balkan Cooperation Initiative” led by Japanese government, he was sent as a member of an investigating group to support a project which is to install a medium and small-sized business course in the university, which course has been established by the ODA budget of Republic of Bulgaria as part of its joint project with Japan. In the future, the Department of Economics, the University St. Cyril and Methodius will carry out a program to develop human resources, especially the young generation, to deal with a new problem of the world economy, and then he will give another lecture in December.
At this program, the embassy of the Republic of North Macedonia showed its appreciation to the effort of JICA and the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria.
