2018 entrance fee exemption and 1st semester tuition exemption application document distribution

Monday, January 15th, 2018 〜 Wednesday, February 7th, 2018
【Object person】
・Current student
・Nagasaki University’s undergraduate students who will enroll in Graduate school 
 programs in Nagasaki University
・Nagasaki University’s master program students who will enroll in Doctoral programs
 in Nagasaki University 

※Weekday only
※Students on Sakamoto or Katafuchi campus who cannot visit Bunkyo campus and graduate
   students who are non-citizen of Nagasaki Prefecture should consult Student Support Center.
※If the entrance exam result announcement date is later than the document
   distribution period above, please inform Student Support Center.
 
Please follow the distribution procedure written below:
�@Obtain「Request Form for tuition exemption application documents」
※Obtain at the counter of Student Support Center
※Print out the document posted on website
    ●Current Student（PDF/60KB）
    ●Prospective students who passed the entrance exams（PDF/63KB）
�AFill in「Request Form for tuition exemption application documents」
※Circle expected application submission date

�BSubmit「Request Form for tuition exemption application documents」to Student Support 
   Center within document delivery period, and obtain the application booklet for tuition exemption.

Thursday, February 8th to Wednesday, February 28th
【Prospective students who passed the entrance exams】
Friday, March 2th to Tuesday, March 6th            
Application Time【AM】9:00〜12:00
Application Time【PM】13:30〜17:00
Application Place  Student Support Center(financial support desk)

※ If you cannot apply during the application period for some reasons, consult Student Support Center
about early submission.
※ If you are an adult graduate student and a non-citizen of Nagasaki prefecture, consult　Student 　　　　　
Support Center.
※ When you submit application materials, make sure they are in the order of the checklist.
