平成26年1月14日(火)〜平成26年2月10日(月)

Tuesday, January 14^th, 2014〜Monday, February 10^th,2014 

※ 坂本地区・片淵地区で文教に来られない方は、学生支援センター（経済支援コーナー） へ相談ください。
※ 社会人大学院生で県外在住の方は、学生支援センター（経済支援コーナー） へ相談ください。
※ 進学者で合格発表が書類配布期間以降の場合、学生支援センター（経済支援コーナー）へ申し出てください。
※ Students who cannot visit Bunkyo campus should consult with Student Support Center (financial support desk).
※Students who are living in other prefectures should consult with Student Support Center (financial support desk).

配布の手順は、以下の通りです。

Please follow the application procedure written below:
?「授業料免除申請書類申し込み用紙」（在学生用PDF/50.09KB）（進学者用PDF/51.64KB）を入手する。
  ※学生支援課窓口にて受け取る。
  ※ホームページ掲載中のものを印刷する。
?Obtain「application form for tuition exemption application documents」（Current StudentPDF/50.09KB）（Prospective students who passed the entrance examsPDF/51.64KB）
  ※Obtain at the office of student support center
  ※Print out the document posted on website

?「授業料免除申請書類申し込み用紙」に必要事項を記入する。
  ※免除申請提出予定日に、必ず○印を記入する。
?Fill in「application form for tuition exemption application documents」
  ※Circle expected application submission date 

?書類引渡期間中（★）に「授業料免除申請書類申し込み用紙」を学生支援課窓口に提出し、免除申請書類冊子を受け取る。
?Submit「application form for tuition exemption application documents」to Student Support Center within Document delivery period(★), and obtain application booklet for exemption application documents.
