授業料免除申請事前確認事項

（Prior confirmation for tuituion exemption）

以下のいずれかに該当する学生は、授業料免除の対象となりません。
The following student(s) are NOT eligible to apply for exemption of tuition.


１．学業優秀と認められない者。(※学部、学科等の上位２分の１未満の者)
※長崎大学入学料、授業料及び寄宿料免除者等選考細則第4条別表第3
 1. Students whose grade is in the lower half of the students in the same Department or the same curriculum.
 ※Detailed selection regulations for Nagasaki University entrance fee and tuition fee exemption, No. 4 appended
 table 3.

２．経済的に授業料の納付が困難でない者。
  2. Students who can pay tuition without any financial problems.

３．最短修業年限を超えている者、留年している者。（病気、留学の特別な事由を除く）
  3. Students who exceeded the expected term of study or students who repeated a year. (Students who
  repeated a year due to illness or other special cases are excluded.)

４．科目等履修生、研究生、国費留学生、外国政府派遣留学生。
  4.Special register students, research students, or students who are receiving scholarships from Ministry of
  Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, MEXT, or from other countries’ governments.

  なお、以下のいずれかに該当する者は学生支援センター(経済支援コーナー)までご相談ください。
・本人若しくは学資負担者が東日本大震災により被災した者
・申請前６月以内(平成27年10月以降)に学資負担者の死亡
・申請前６月以内(平成27年10月以降)に本人若しくは学資負担者が災害を受けた者
Within 6 months before the application period starts (after 2015 October), if the applicant’s financial supporter passed away or/and the applicant or the financial supporter was involved in any disaster, please consult with student support center (financial support desk).
