With the cooperation of the Graduate School of Engineering and the Graduate School of Fisheries and Environmental Sciences, OMST will advance the education for the development, utilization and conservation of the oceans.
We will build a framework of research institutions, industry, and stakeholders to conduct comprehensive research regarding the marine energy development and utilization, the protction and restoration of the marine environemnt and ecosystem, and the sustainable use of marine bioresouces.
