President Kohno Visited Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi

  On Thursday, September 22, 2022, Nagasaki University President Kohno Shigeru visited Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIITD). Following a meeting with IIITD President Ranjan Bose, exchanged views with eight faculty members.

  During the meeting, they exchanged concrete ideas on how to develop cooperation between the two institutions in the future, including establishing joint programs and increasing faculty exchanges. Faculty members introduced individual research topics and suggested how the two institutions could follow up on their earlier meetings and implement their cooperation.

  IIITD was established in 2008 by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, India, and has six faculties, mainly in computer science and engineering. The purpose of this visit was to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions through exchanges between the presidents.
