Working paper prepared by RECNA and Atomic Bomb Disease Institute, Nagasaki University has been officially listed on the website of the 1st Meeting of States Parties to the TPNW as an official document.

RECNA and Atomic Bomb Disease Institute, Nagasaki University have prepared “Policy Proposal for Support to Radiation Victims in accordance with the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons” which has been officially listed on the website as a conference document of the 1st Meeting of States Parties to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW).

This policy proposal is a compilation of concrete proposals formulated by Nagasaki University, based on its past experience in the A-bombed cities of Japan, toward the realization of support for victims of nuclear explosions, which is another pillar of the TPNW as well as a total ban on nuclear weapons.
