Consul General of France in Kyoto visits Nagasaki University
On July 5, 2022, Mr. Jules Irrmann, Consul General of France in Kyoto visited Nagasaki University.
Mr. Irrmann visited a French language class of Prof. Ohashi (Center for Language Studies, Nagasaki University) and gave a lecture to the students on the benefits of studying in France and on the little-known aspects of France. After that he met Prof. Ito, Trustee (Student Affairs and International Affairs).
During the visit, they talked about the historical relationship between Nagasaki and France, and expressed their expectations for more active exchanges in the field of culture, science and technology between the two countries in the future.
